These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr65 ("pkr65", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr65 online gaming and sports betting entertainment platform, accessible at pkr65.cam ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

pkr65 is an entertainment platform providing cricket betting markets, live casino games, slots and related gaming services. pkr65 does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Any applicable international licensing details are published separately by the operator. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or wagering incentives credited to your Account pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the operator to confirm user identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the pkr65 website, mobile-optimised interface, associated applications and all related services operated under the pkr65 brand.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, regulation or government directive.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports market, casino game or other gambling product made available on the Platform.
• "Winnings" means the net monetary return credited to your Account following a successful Wager, calculated after deduction of the original stake where applicable.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. Where amounts are displayed in PKR on the Platform, they are indicative and subject to applicable exchange rate conversions at the time of transaction.

To register and maintain an Account on pkr65, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant or close family member of an employee of pkr65 or any affiliated entity.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed or terminated by pkr65 for a breach of these Terms.

pkr65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You must notify pkr65 promptly of any change to this information.

pkr65 operates a KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit documentary evidence at any stage, including:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. pkr65 reserves the right to suspend Account activity and withhold funds where verification documents are outstanding, incomplete or inconsistent.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only and do not imply endorsement of gambling services by those providers.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on pkr65:

1. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform. pkr65 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team following identity verification.
4. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may be subject to additional review periods where KYC documentation is pending.
5. pkr65 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees independently.
6. pkr65 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be subject to investigation and reporting in accordance with applicable law.

Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), indicative figures are provided for convenience and are subject to exchange rate conversions at the time of processing. pkr65 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a transaction is initiated and the time it is settled.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. General betting rules that apply across all markets include the following:

1. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Verbal or informal commitments do not constitute a valid Wager.
2. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in upon confirmation, except where the Platform explicitly operates in-play or dynamic pricing mode.
3. pkr65 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
4. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to specific settlement rules published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. Results are settled based on official scores at the conclusion of the relevant market period.
5. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed within the timeframe stipulated in the relevant market rules, pkr65 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
6. Accumulator and combination bets are subject to the individual rules of each leg. If any leg of a combination bet is void, that leg will typically be treated as a non-runner and the remaining legs will be settled accordingly.
7. pkr65 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

pkr65 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback schemes and other incentive programmes ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

1. Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. New-user offers are available to first-time depositing accounts only. Duplicate accounts created to claim new-user bonuses will be voided.
2. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
3. Bonus Funds and Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
4. pkr65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or cancel any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds not yet subject to active wagering will be removed from your Account.
5. Promotions are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
6. pkr65 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds or void Winnings where it determines that a Promotion has been exploited, abused or claimed in bad faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr65 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification process;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms or any software tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any other approach specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their spirit;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour toward pkr65 staff or other users;
• Any conduct that pkr65 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation or lawful operation of the Platform.

All content on the pkr65 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr65 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use any pkr65 trade marks, logos or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr65 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether on sports markets, casino games or any other wagering product;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues beyond pkr65's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Changes in applicable law that affect the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkr65's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

pkr65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools designed to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

You have the right to request at any time:

• A deposit limit capping the maximum amount you may deposit within a defined period;
• A loss limit restricting the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period;
• A session time limit that automatically logs you out after a specified period of continuous play;
• A temporary cooling-off period during which your Account will be suspended for a defined number of days;
• A self-exclusion which closes your Account for a minimum period and prevents re-registration during that time.

Closure by You: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Suspension or Termination by pkr65: pkr65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Access from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Any conduct that pkr65 determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

Where an Account is terminated by pkr65 due to a breach of these Terms, pkr65 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including Winnings, pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately yours, they will be returned net of any losses, costs or damages attributable to the breach.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr65 holds its applicable operator licence, as published in the operator's official licensing documentation.

pkr65 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not claim to be subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of any Pakistani government authority, court or tribunal. Accordingly, pkr65 makes no representation that the Platform or these Terms comply with Pakistani law. Pakistani users access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and discretion.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pkr65's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the applicable operator licence terms. Users are encouraged to attempt resolution through our support team in the first instance before escalating any matter.

pkr65 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date and version number displayed at the top of this page indicate when the current version was last updated.
